Beatific vision divinely intervened
I was sinking swiftly into the sea of dreams
A voice called faintly; i almost didnt hear
Thoughts were overwhelmed; i succumbed to fear

The paraclete called me from above
He was borne upon the wings of a dove
I shielded my eye from the blinding heat
The pillar of fire swept me off my feet

The seals were broken; the bowls overturned
I saw as the earth was thoroughly burned
The surface masked by poisoned clouds
I heard the cries of the dying crowds

The blood and fire mingled with hail
The lands were thrashed by a thousand gales
The cities sank into the sea
I witnessed all that is to be

A sign appeared on the seventh day
A brilliant star with seven rays
The trumpets blared; the new age began
And thus awaits the flock of man
