This guy just moved next door to me and
I think he's kind of strange
I got this neighbor who wears shiny black boots
And a big brass belt buckle with a big white beard

Who wear pointy little shoes who sends reindeer
Out to get his paper who gets a ton of mail
Mostly written in crayon who when i say "hi"
He says "ho ho ho!" who's a little overweight
But he seems pretty well natured
