She whispers things right in to my brain

I went to a show late last night
I saw that same ol' girl
She was dancing away without a care in the world
I was hoping that she didn't see me
But for all i know she's probably just a real nice girl
So i walked up to her and i said
Can we go out, get a drink or two
Maybe a sprite, or an ice tea
Don't worry about the money
I've got a couple of bucks so the drinks are on me.

But that's quite all right with me
We'll be friends for the rest of our lives

I brought her home
Introduced her to my mom
She said you remind me of a cute little elf
Then my dad walked in
He asked me what is that smell?
So i told them that she can dance and she can sing real loud
So i told her to sing a song and show them what you've got
So she got down i thought that i was in trouble
But my parents just laughed and thought it was a joke.

I took her home it was getting late about 12:38
I thought her parents were gonna be mad
But she said that it was okay
I was getting sleepy, i was tired
But i know this night we had so much fun
So i walked her to the door, i gave her a hug
She looked right up to me and smiled
She said thank you for all the good times,
I had fun maybe we can do it again.
