Well i grew up in a rock n' roll town,
Used to stand outside clubs and listen to the sound.

Les paul through a marshall stack,
Blew my eardrums, threw me back.

The first time i picked up a guitar,
I knew it was for me, didn't have to look far.

Played dingy bars and beach bandstands.
