That what happens to me
Is being overseen
By he who's ungodly
Should i believe
That i will never see
The end result of my dream
As i hope it will be
Should i change my ways
If i want to see brighter days
Or will his darkness lead me to where i want to go
The answer that i want to know most of all
Is if i try to sell my soul to sin for rock n roll
Will i get what i want out of life, or will reality for me always be
Suffering strife

If i believe
That what happens to me

By he who is godly
Should i believe
That i will surely see
The end result of my dream
As i hope it will be
Should i change my ways if i want to see brighter days?will the light of god lead me to where i want to go?
The answer that i want to know most of all
Is if i choose to let jesus save my mortal soul
Will i get what i want out of life,
Or will reality for me continue to be

Tell me please
What will happen to me

Is not what i had hoped it would be?
If i choose to believe
That nothing is the way
Are the chances of me ever seeing brighter days
Zero to nothin'
Will i ever get to where i want to go?
