Drzava skrbi za zascito, dvig in izkoriscanje gozdov.
Drzava skrbi za fizicno vzgojo ljudstva, posebno mladine,
V svrho dviganja narodnega zdravja, narodne, delovne in
Obrambne sposobnosti.
Ravna cedalje bolj popustljivo, dopusca se vsa svoboda.
Oblast je pri nas ljudska.
