Clouds are torn by the wind
Like a whisper in the storm
That tells of something you should know
But you cannot understand

When the madman sees the sun
He will tell you of the gods
He will show you the path
But you dont hear the truth
And you wont see the light

All you see are the clouds
The clouds that hide the light
There is no sun
There are no gods
All you hear is meaningless
Weird and torn like the sky
Not worth to think about
Or to search behind

Confronted by words far from this world
A truth seems like a damn old lie
Decide or keep rolling the die
Be the messenger of doom
Or the messenger of hope

When the mad man sees the sun
He will tell you of the gods
He will show you the path

Theres a path i cant see
Theres a way that i could go
But its easier to stay although
Theres a whisper that i hear
Theres a world up in the sky
There lies my fate which i deny

Like a thief on the run
